Sometimes it's just little things. But it is precisely these that make the decisive difference. Our mechanics noticed the unprotected and therefore kink and impact sensitive area for the control cable connection to the Siemens drives in our system.
In the event of falling parts or a bump with a forklift truck or crane, there is a high potential for damage at this point, which can lead to the failure of the system. A possible loss of production and an expensive service call for the customer could be the result.
With protective caps, which are created in 3D printing, we can now protect this sensitive area. The protective caps in a chic design with the Schmale logo are also available for retrofitting at a low price.
