Retrofit and sustainability

A few days ago, we re-fitted a 30-year-old old X2000 plant for the production of bent wire parts. The robust, hydraulically operating machine was converted to a servo-electric transfer and equipped with new control technology. The result is an increase in cycle performance from 25 pieces per minute to 32 pieces per minute.

In addition, numerous new functions such as tool monitoring, recipe management and a current security concept were integrated.
