First video of our new 400 ton servo press
The heart of a new press line
You can now find a video on our YouTube channel with the first recordings of our newly developed 400 ton servo press for cold forming wire. We have integrated the press as the core piece in a fully automatic press line with several forming stations. The servo transfer feeds the wire sections to each individual station, and after the forming process has taken place, it continues to cycle the part. The entire system carries out 6 forming processes on each wire part. The cycle rate is up to 25 finished falling parts per minute.
