New X2000NC in production mode

Our new X2000NC for the production of seat stays for car seats for the North American market in production operation. This system has, among other things, two upsetting presses, two stations with NC finger benders and rotary positioning clamps as well as two further presses for flattening and punching. Various article variants with very different bends and lengths can be produced. In relation to the high number of interlinked processes, we were able to achieve an extremely short set-up time.
