Fast finger bender technology - It's Actiontime with 40 parts per minute

The interplay of rotary positioning grippers, servo transfer and NC finger benders is so breathtakingly fast that you can only see the processes in slow motion. Please buckle up and hold on.

The new machine concept now combines the advantages of two wire bending worlds. By combining finger benders and rotary positioning pliers instead of bending slides, the X2000NC achieves even faster cycle times in 3D bending operations. At the same time, however, it remains the case that several forming stations are operated at the same time via the servo transfer. For comparison: A normal CNC wire bending machine with step chain programming produces 5-7 pieces of an 8mm wire bending article, each with 6 bends per minute. The X2000NC creates up to 40 parts per minute in the same time and can also carry out further forming operations. This means that the system is up to 8 times faster than its competitors on the market.
