Quality management in forming technology

Product quality is a key factor in the metal forming industry. The demands placed on mechanical engineering are increasing from year to year. Tolerances are getting closer and closer, not ok parts are to be recognized and removed in real time in automated manufacturing processes. Quality and its monitoring are no longer just required for the finished product, but as a central principle throughout the entire manufacturing process.

We use various monitoring systems in our plants for forming wire, strip and pipe material. They are integrated into the control of the machines and meet the requirements of demanding quality management.
