Thread rolling as a station on the X2000NC

We have integrated thread rolling technology as a station in our X2000NC. From now on we can integrate threads, but also knurling and profiling with high cycle rates in complex cold forming processes. A special feature of our technology is the automatic, correctly positioned feeding and removal of the blanks for further processing steps.

We are currently not only able to present this technology in video, but also live on our demonstration machine.
